On February 6, 2025, Xuanjing Electronics held a special mobilization meeting on "Quality Foundation, Craftsmanship Escort", focusing the new year's work on the comprehensive upgrade of the battery protection board quality inspection system. The company's quality center released the "Zero Defect 2025" strategic plan and established the annual quality goal of "inspection accuracy increased by 100% and defect rate reduced to 0.001%".
In terms of detection technology, the company invested 20 million yuan to introduce industry-leading automated detection equipment:
High-precision X-ray detector: can identify 0.02mm component welding defects
Multi-channel aging test system: supports 128 protection boards to conduct 72-hour cycle tests simultaneously
Intelligent AOI optical detection equipment: detection efficiency increased by 300%, and the misjudgment rate is less than 0.1%
The quality director demonstrated the newly upgraded "five-level quality access control" control system on site:
Raw material entry inspection (IQC)
Production process inspection (IPQC)
Finished product full inspection (OQC)
Sampling inspection of shipments (FQC)
Customer on-site inspection (CQC)

The chairman emphasized in his mobilization speech, "In 2025, we will integrate quality awareness into every production link, so that every protection board can withstand the most stringent test." After the meeting, all quality inspectors signed the quality responsibility letter, and the production line employees conducted a practical assessment of the detection standards to implement the quality commitment with practical actions.
