Warm greetings from Dongguan Xuanjing Electronics Co., Ltd.! As the Spring Festival (Chinese Lunar New Year) – the most important traditional festival in China – is approaching, we would like to inform you of our factory holiday arrangement to ensure your business runs smoothly with advance planning.
Our factory will be on holiday from February 10th to February 25th (inclusive) for the Spring Festival. We want to assure you that during this holiday period:
- Orders are still accepted normally. Our sales team will be on duty to respond to your inquiries and process your orders promptly, so you can place orders as usual without any interruption.
- Our factory warehouse will be closed during the holiday. Therefore, we will not arrange any shipments from February 10th to February 25th.
- We will officially resume production and warehouse operations on February 26th. After that, we will arrange production scheduling, order processing and shipment in sequence according to the order placement time.
Important Reminder: We only have one week left to arrange shipments before the holiday! To help you avoid any delays in your business, we currently have a large number of hot-selling battery protection board models in stock, which can be shipped before February 10th if you place orders in time.
